Can I customize my reports?

Of course, you can. To customize your reports, don’t hesitate to contact your account manager, and they’ll help you have the reports looking the way you need. We’re here to bring in the metrics and data that matter most to your success. When it’s all said and done, you’ll get fully customized reports with relevant data points to make your goals a reality. 🪄

How often will I receive my account report?

As often as you’d like, most of our clients stick with monthly, quarterly, and yearly account reports. 😄

Who will receive the reports?

Account reports will be automatically sent to you or anyone else you’d like to include. You can expect reports bright, and early in your inbox. 👍

I haven’t been receiving my report. What do I do?

Check your spam folder. If it’s in there, please whitelist the email. If you don’t see the reports in your spam folder, let your account manager know. 🤓

How many members of my team can receive the account reports?

We want anyone and everyone on your team to have access to essential information, so we don’t limit the number of team members that can receive account reports. Let your account manager know who you’d like to add, and we’ll take care of you. 😎
